Marcy Fassio graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005 in Norman, earning her Juris Doctorate With Distinction. She began her legal career at the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office in Oklahoma City, where she was an Assistant District Attorney for several years, before founding Fassio Law, PLLC.
Marcy has experience with all types of cases, from misdemeanors to murders. From her years at the District Attorney’s Office, Marcy can help you find the best strategy, and come up with creative solutions, to make sure you get the best possible result.
Emily Music attended Oklahoma Christian University and received a degree in History/Political Science, summa cum laude, in 2010. She received her legal education from Oklahoma City University where she served on Law Review and received honors as the top of her class in multiple courses including, Legal Research and Writing, Constitutional Law, and Trial Practice. Emily earned her Juris Doctorate With Honors, magna cum laude, in 2013.
Since her graduation from law school, she has been a practicing attorney focusing on criminal law gaining multiple hours of courtroom and trial experience.
Sheena Ford has been the Client Relations Manager at Fassio Law since May of 2018. Before coming to Fassio Law, she spent several years working in the funeral industry as an Office Manager.
Chelsea Scoggins attended the University of Arkansas where she graduated with a Political Science degree in 2017. After her undergraduate career, Chelsea took a year off to work for a criminal defense firm in Texas which really solidified her passion for criminal defense work and her decision to attend law school.
Chelsea is currently in her 3rd year at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and will graduate with her Juris Doctorate in May 2021. She is BEYOND ready to graduate and begin practicing as a criminal defense attorney. Until then, Chelsea is here as our Case Manager to help our clients receive the best representation possible.
