Marcy Fassio graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005 in Norman, earning her Juris Doctorate With Distinction. She began her legal career at the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office in Oklahoma City, where she was an Assistant District Attorney for several years, before founding Fassio Law, PLLC.
Marcy has experience with all types of cases, from misdemeanors to murders. From her years at the District Attorney’s Office, Marcy can help you find the best strategy, and come up with creative solutions, to make sure you get the best possible result.
Brandon Williamson graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law with his Juris Doctorate in 2017. While in law school, he was elected President of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society, was chosen to be a member of the Oklahoma City University Law Review, was on the Dean’s List, and was a Merit Scholar. Additionally, he served as an intern for the Honorable Judge Gary Lumpkin on the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, which solidified his passion for criminal defense work. Before joining Fassio Law, he held management positions in the banking and energy industries.
Brandon utilizes his broad experience base to bring adaptability and an innovative approach to his clients’ needs. Not only has he seen first hand how Fassio Law strives to be client centered, he has personally worked with our criminal defense and DUI clients to ensure they get the best outcome possible for their case.
Cathy Olson is the Client Relations Manager at Fassio Law, although we unofficially think of her as our "Director of Client Happiness" because she is one of the most caring and sincere people you will ever meet! Before joining the Fassio Law team, Cathy worked in direct and indirect client care in the mental health and substance abuse fields for 20 years, working for both the state and in the private sector.
Cathy has always had an interest in the law, and now (lucky for us!) she focuses her passion for serving others in this direction. She is excited to be a part of the Fassio Law team, finding that we share her belief that sometimes people make mistakes, are going through a rough patch in life, and need a caring hand to reach out and help.
Rounding out our team of all stars, Veronica Gamboa brings her skills to the Fassio Law team as our Case Manager. Before becoming a part of Fassio Law, she worked for many years in social work, focusing on children and families, in the accounting department and management teams. Veronica is passionate about advocacy and guiding others through the court system as we advocate and defend our criminal defense and DUI clients throughout the Oklahoma City Metro area.
Veronica is excited to be part of a team that believes people should not be defined by a bad decision or unfortunate situation and that everyone deserves a second chance. In her free time, Veronica enjoys traveling with her family and friends and reading anything she can get her hands on.
Jane is a senior Business Administration major at Oklahoma City University. She is very active on the Pom and Stunt team at OCU. She joined the Fassio Law team as an Intern in 2021. In her free time, Jane enjoys hanging out with friends and watching television. She is excited to see where she goes after graduation. Until then, she is loving and enjoying her time in Oklahoma City.
