Marcy Fassio graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005 in Norman, earning her Juris Doctorate With Distinction. She began her legal career at the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office in Oklahoma City, where she was an Assistant District Attorney for several years, before founding Fassio Law, PLLC.
Marcy has experience with all types of cases, from misdemeanors to murders. From her years at the District Attorney’s Office, Marcy can help you find the best strategy, and come up with creative solutions, to make sure you get the best possible result.
Chelsea Scoggins attended the University of Arkansas where she graduated with a Political Science degree in 2017. After her undergraduate career, Chelsea took a year off to work for a criminal defense firm in Texas which really solidified her passion for criminal defense work and her decision to attend law school.
Chelsea then moved to the Sooner State, where she graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with her Juris Doctorate. Throughout her time in law school, Chelsea worked for Fassio Law as our Case Manager. Not only has she seen first hand how Fassio Law strives to be client centered, she has personally worked with our clients to ensure they get the best outcome possible for their case.
Sheena Ford has been the Client Relations Manager at Fassio Law since May of 2018. Before coming to Fassio Law, she spent several years working in the funeral industry as an Office Manager.
Alison Knoerzer attended University of Missouri-Columbia where she graduated with a Psychology major, Sociology and Criminology minors in 2020. After her undergraduate career, Alison started law school at Oklahoma City University and is expected to graduate in 2023. Any downtime Alison has is spent traveling with her dogs and horses to compete at rodeos.
She is eager to practice as a criminal defense attorney and looks forward to finishing law school.
Jane is a senior Business Administration major at Oklahoma City University. She is very active on the Pom and Stunt team at OCU. She joined the Fassio Law team as an Intern in 2021. In her free time, Jane enjoys hanging out with friends and watching television. She is excited to see where she goes after graduation. Until then, she is loving and enjoying her time in Oklahoma City.
